At Gomez Western Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots, hats, or apparel don't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and boot boxes are protected inside a separate shipping box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
